Our pax understand that timely pickups may require a little effort on their part – and they are willing to put forth that effort.

For example, if they live in a gated community that requires a gate code – they text it to their driver in advance. If they live in a gated community with guards – they text their name to the driver and call the guard shack in advance. If they live in an apartment or condo complex – they text directions for inside the complex.

Keep in mind that we are a niche transportation network company – and that we may not be able to fulfill all requests on short notice.
